4 Day Beginner Lash Intensive
ABOUT THIS COURSE
Our lash intensive course is the most recommended training we host at MUS Academy, mainly due to the extensive content we teach, the deluxe student kits we provide and the confidence that many students carry when successfully graduating from this training. This training will teach you over 28 modules of everything you need to know to be able to start your own business within the lash industry. This course runs for 4 full days of training with 6-8 hours per day where you will learn classic, hand made and pro-made volume, wet lash, hybrid and introduction to mega volume.
This course is also the perfect foundation that will address all the fundamental techniques that you will need to know to prepare you for any future masterclasses or advanced techniques.
This course is perfect for anyone who has little to zero experience within the lash or beauty industry. We understand the value in making sure that your first ever lash course is the most comprehensive and most important one you should take, so we do our best to cater to that priority. If you are a potential student who is already lash trained but feel like you weren't able to engage in your previous training, or if you aren't confident then you are also a great candidate for this course!
- Our lash intensive training runs for 4 days instead of 1-3 days like most trainings out there. This allows us to make sure you are taught all the possible knowledge that we can put into your brain. 1-2 days is not enough to learn everything we teach you in our course!
- We offer FREE ONGOING STUDENT WORKSHOPS. As a graduated student, this allows you to book in three sessions of 1 on 1 ongoing training with Maica.

Hi! My name is Maica,
I’m the Founder/CEO and Head Educator of MUS Academy and Steez Studio. I started this business in early 2018 with the intention of being able to express my creativity through the art of beauty. I come from a desgin and architecture background (lol yes very different) but i absolutely love both worlds to my life. My passion in the industry has grown and continues to every second of each day. I have been trained by multiple world reknown educators around the world including Lash makers, Revolashion, Lash box LA and so much more! over 30+ certifications in different services to be exact.
Because of my dedication and love for the industry, I’ve had the privilege to educate hundreds of new and existing artists in the beauty industry to share my growing knowledge and support them through their own journeys.
My team and I have grown such a supportive community within ourselves and the students we teach both during and after their time with us and we can’t wait to do the same with you!

A $500AUD non-refundable registration fee is required to lock in your spot which will be deducted from the total amount. The remaining can be paid through the following options:

We understand that students may require additional support and assistance after graduating. This could be towards setting up your business, more practice on working on models, prefecting your techniques etc. As we love seeing our students grow, we will be here for here every step of the way!
As an added bonus, we provide our in-house students with THREE free ongoing sessions of 1 on 1 mentoring that can be used towards any of the following:
MUS ACADEMY ALUMNI WORKSHOPS
- MODEL SUPERVISION

For this workshop you will be required to bring in a model of your choice. This can be your first paid client, a friend or family member or a random of your choice. You will be required to conduct a full set of whatever style you choose to work on. This can be a style you’re struggling with, a new style you’d like to try or something that you’d like to perfect.
Maica will help you through this set in a private or group setting to give you more extended feedback on your skill development. If you are not able to find a model, you will not be able to book this session. This will be great practice for you to look for clients of your own.
You will also be required to bring your entire kit or anything that you will need to conduct the model set. You will be required to complete the entire session in 3hrs.

BUSINESS AND MARKETING

This session will be a private or group workshop where Maica will be helping you outline your marketing and business set up. From identifying your ideal clientele in detail, the conditions of your location, how to market and edit your work, the justification of your prices and more! To make this session worth your while, bring in as much context you have already set up for your business like your logo, your prices, your laptop and or ipad etc.
This session will go for 1.5-2hrs purely focusing on the needs of your business from a marketing and financial perspective.

CONTENT SESSION

This session will allow you to bring another model into our studio for a content session. With the use of a professional camera or Maica’s iphone, she will be able to record and picture multiple types of content variations for you to use on your social media platforms. You will only be required to bring in your tweezers and a model as Maica will provide the rest. This session will run for 4 hours. 3 hours of lashing and an extra hour for consultations and after photos.
Types of content possible:
- Video consultations with Maica’s microphones
- Before and after content
- Content during the lashing procedure
- Timelaspes
- AND MORE!
You will be require to come dressed up and done up as you will be in the pictures too. It will help if your model is able to put on a face of make up after the lashing session to make your content pop!
